Spam Buster is an average spam filtering package that looks at the header of your email and the size in order to quickly determine if it's Spam or not. Spam Buster show poor results in cleaning out your junk mail and spam. Spam Buster also lacks the automatic updates like most spam filtering packages, no reporting capabilities and cannot import an address book.

Feature Set:  

Spam Buster allows the user to maintain and check up to 12 mailboxes. Some of their features include scheduling automatic deletions of your junk mail, add friends whom will never be deleted, and create your own custom rules.

Ease of Use:  

To use Spam Buster with multiple user accounts requires patience and time. You can only access one email account at a time. It requires the changing back and forth of accounts to view and monitor your email.

Ease of Installation:  

Spam Buster was easy to install and setup. There were no complications during the setup process.

Stability:  

We didn't encounter any problems or errors when we used this product.

Customization:  

Spam Buster includes many filters and a populated blacklist that you can add too. Even though you can only monitor one email account at a time, this Spam filtering package also keeps track of Spam statistics for all your email accounts.

Spam Filtering:  

Spam Buster's filtering tool runs separately from your email client, detecting and eliminating junk mail before you open your email client. There is also an option to have Spam Buster run automatically at intervals during the day that will notify you of new mail.

Summary:  

Overall I was not pleased with Spam Buster's results in cleaning my email. I was getting too many emails that were spam or junk mail and my legitimate email was being blocked too often.
